Jean-François is both a fanciful entrepreneur and a compulsive traveler, who imagines and designs advanced backpack and other carrying solutions for the future. Meanwhile, Eileen, as a dauntless and dexterous director, tracks large run and small batch productions and ensures smooth and effeicient logistics operations.

Both forms a bundle of energy and complementary skills. In 2000, they created Geopack to serve the military and the outdoor industries with high expertise and unique craftmanship in fabric shaping and backpack design and building.
