Jean-François is both a fanciful entrepreneur and a compulsive traveler, who imagines and designs advanced backpacks and other carrying solutions for the future. Meanwhile, Eileen, as a dauntless and dexterous director, tracks large run and small batch productions and ensures smooth and efficient logistics operations .

Both forms a bundle of energy and complementary skills. In 2000, they created Geopack Industrie to serve the military and the outdoor industry with high expertise and unique craftmanship in fabric shaping and backpack design and building.
